We have found the new speedpost rates which are to be followed from 1.10.12

They are as follows:-
Upto 200 km
201 to 1000 km
Above 1000 km
Upto 50 grams
51 to 200 grams
201 to 500 grams
Additional 500 grams or part
Taxes are not included in above rates

Government to hike Speedpost Rates Soon

        In this difficult time of economic unstability and high inflation, government has decided to hike speedpost rates which is a very important source of revenue for Department of Posts. According to sources, these rates are to be applied from 1st October 2012.
       All the speedpost slabs are affected with this hike including the One India One Rate scheme. We will inform soon about the new tariff on this blog.

Father of Comrade Anwar Ahmed Passed Away

Haji Abdul Bashir, Father of Comrade Anwar Ahmed, Asst General Secretary Sagar Division passed away on 27th September 2012. We all wish he gets his place in heaven and his soul gets holy peace. We also give our emotional support to Comrade Anwar Ahmed in this difficult time.

Cabinet approves 7% DA Hike for Central Government Employees

NEW DELHI: The Cabinet on Monday approved a hike of 7% in dearness allowance (DA) for central government employees. This means, the DA will now be 72% from the current 65% of basic pay. 

This will benefit about 50 lakh employees and 30 lakh pensioners across India. Last time the government increased the DA was in March 2011 which came into effect from January 1, 2012. 
The current hike will be effective from 1st July 2012.
We are predicting that the arrears will be paid in October first and added to salary from next month.

अखिल भारतीय डाक कर्मचारी संघ ग्रामीण डाक सेवक  (NFPE)  आगे अग्रसर
मध्य प्रदेश के दमोह शाखा और रीवा संभागीय शाखा का गठन किया था. मध्य प्रदेश सर्किल के 23/9/2012  पर सागर संभाग में सर्किल सम्मेलन. कर्नाटक सर्किल स्तर पर अध्ययन शिविर 19/8/2012   हसन डिवीजन में आयोजित. कॉम. एम. कृष्णन सचिव जनरल, NFPE का उद्घाटन किया. बिहार के मधुबनी संभागीय शाखा का गठन किया था. सर्किल स्तर समितियों को पहले से ही आंध्र प्रदेश में उत्तर प्रदेश का गठन किया है, , केरल, पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, उड़ीसा, कर्नाटक. अन्य सर्किल सम्मेलनों दिसम्बर 2012 से पहले पूरा हो जाएगा
